Add dotfiles from home directory

Tracks shell configs (zsh/bash), vim, tmux, irssi, fonts, themes,
and ~/.local/bin scripts. Sensitive files (.ssh, .gnupg, history,
credentials) and large app data are excluded via .gitignore.
