tmux: status-*-length must exceed the RAW format string, not the rendered width

tmux applies these limits as #{T;=/N:status-right}, truncating the format
string BEFORE #[...] style directives are stripped. status-right renders 45
columns but is 129 characters of source; status-left renders 12 and is ~118.
Capping either below its raw length severs the string mid-way, which presents
as "the right side of the status bar vanished".

Restores 451 (the long-standing value). An earlier commit today cut it to 60
believing a large value starved the bar -- that reasoning was backwards and
introduced a hard truncation.

Window formats stay plain: the circled numbers are U+2776, absent from
DejaVu Sans Mono, and fontconfig substitutes a CJK double-width face that
breaks monospace cell alignment. Only FreeMono carries them.
