Resolve #122 unmap yankring @ in after file.
...
`nmap @` is not yet set when `vim/plugin/settings/yankring.vim` is
loaded. Moved nunmap @ to `vim/after/plugin/yankring.vim` because
it is loaded after the plugin is finished loading.

simple vimrc customizations. ~/.vimrc.before is loaded before everything. ~/.vimrc.after is loaded after all plugins load.
